VGMC Bali Seminar 2011

We are very pleased that you have decided to accept our invitation to attend VGMC’s 2011 Seminar titled “The Treasure Within – A Journey of self discovery to your future”.

Guest are to make their own way to the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia on the 16th of December 2011. Registration would be available from 16th December , 12 pm onwards for the next 24 hours.

Check out time would be on the 19th of December, 2011 at 12 pm.

The following are the brief information on the expected arrival date. Full itinerary would be available upon registration at the hotel lobby.

16th December 2011 (Friday)

12pm onwards: -Guest check in at special VGMC registration counter at the hotel lobby
-Guest will be given a welcome drink, name tag, training materials, event schedule & rules & regulations.
-An enquiry counter is set up at the lobby for any enquiries or complaints

**Registration counter will be open 24 hours to receive in-coming guests

12pm-7pm: Free & Easy

7pm – 10pm (anytime): Dinner at The Pasar Senggol Restaurant (buffet). Dinner comes with Balinese entertainment.

17th December 2011 (Saturday)

Seminar would be starting early morning and ends on 18th December 1 pm. All participants are invited to join in the Bali Thanksgiving Gala Dinner on the 18th of December, 7.00 pm at the same hotel.
