Virgin Gold 2012 Special Indonesia Promotion

Dear Indonesian Shareholders,

Virgin Gold Mining Corporation management is proud to announce that there will be a special localized promotion for all shareholders from Indonesia with an Indonesian national registration card or passport in addition to Indonesia shareholder ID 100XXXXXXXXX.

This localized promotion will be offered from March 1st to October 30th, 2012 whereby the shareholder must earn a Group BONUS of US$15,000 and above for any of the 4 months within the 8 months promotion period. Shareholders who achieve the promotion criteria will be eligible for a brand new fully paid Toyota Kijang, Honda Jazz, Toyota Vios or Nissan Grand Livina with an estimated price range of IDR200 million.

Shareholder who is able to earn a Group BONUS of USD 15,000 and above for any of the 6 months throughout the 8 months promotion period will be eligible for a brand new, fully paid Mercedes Benz C-class or BMW 3 Series, with an estimated value of IDR600 million, which will be decided by the company depending on the availability of stock, shareholder preference and etc.

Shareholder who is able to earn a Group BONUS of USD 25,000 and above for any of the 6 months throughout the 8 months promotion period will be eligible for a brand new, fully paid Mercedes Benz E-class or BMW 5 Series, with an estimated value of IDR800 million, which will be decided by the company depending on the availability of stock, shareholder preference and etc.

Winners will be presented with the prize within 3 months after the promotion ends.

All previous Mercedes car winners in 2011 are NOT eligible for this promotion while previous winners of Toyota Kijang, Honda Jazz, Toyota Vios or Nissan Grand Livina in 2011 are ONLY eligible for the Mercedes Benz C-class/ BMW 3 Series and Mercedes Benz E-class/BMW 5 Series promotion.
